Now whether you are Irish or not, there is no denying that Bailey’s Irish Cream is quite a tasty treat.  My favorite being a little shot in my hot cocoa, topped with whip cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and it will definitely warm you up thru the winter.  However what to do with those that don’t drink, or for those occasional times when you don’t want the heavy alcohol?  Well no you can get that Irish creamy taste in your hot cocoa or coffee or whatever you like it in, with out the extra alcohol punch.  And i must say it is just as good, and i’m drinking it right now! Yummy

Anybody else out there absolutely LOVE the Dublin Mudslide?  Well I LOVE it, but have not been able to find it anywhere.  Normally that would not be a anything more then a minor annoyance to someone, unless that someone is female and PMS’ing!!!

So I started looking around to try and find something else to fill the void, when I came across MUDPIE.  When I look at the ingredients I am happy and aggravated at the same time.  Happy because its the same ingredients of my beloved Dublin Mudslide, however, aggravated I had to go thru this frustration, and several days without my favorite ice cream all because they decided they needed to change the name.   GRRRRRRRR

Ok so what makes a June Cleaver wife?  I would have to say I think I fit the bill today.  Started the morning off with the laundry, mopping, clean up of everybody’s junk, played doll house and read stories to my daughter, did finishing touches on Xmas decorating, let the guys come over “for guys day”, to play Xbox all afternoon, baked them brownies, then made dinner, all while reaching 3 new levels on my Worgen from World of Warcraft.

Now doing some reading, and posting. I must say I think I’ve done a hell of a job
